H. Koch & Sons Operations to transfer to Conax Florida Corporation

August 18 - Cobham plc. of Dorset, England is announcing the transfer of all operations at H. Koch & Sons (FSCM 99449), Anaheim, CA to Conax Florida Corporation (FSCM 62323), St. Petersburg, FL as part of its overall corporate strategy consolidating operations to increase stockholder value.

Effective immediately, all new orders will be transitioned to Conax for execution. Existing orders will be shipped from H. Koch & Sons current operations through the end of calendar year 2006. Any orders not completed before the end of 2006 will be novated and transferred to Conax for completion. The planned closure of operations at the current H. Koch & Sons facility is scheduled for early 2007.

Conax is planning to maintain the H. Koch & Sons supply chain relationships and will be contacting these suppliers independently to satisfy our ISO 9001 quality and manufacturing certification. Our Suppliers should contact Jim Tarbuck, Conax Procurement Manager at 727-345-8000 for more information.

H. Koch & Sons has a long history in the military aircraft personnel restraint systems and parachute disconnects. This long history of customer satisfaction will be enhanced by combining operations with Conax Florida Corporation and will improve our organizational efficiencies and benefit all Cobham stakeholders. Conax will continue to maintain the H. Koch & Sons trademark on the current products.
